Whats now

So life comes through many circles and still moving.Phew...this life is quite restless.For last few years i've saw many ups and down and trualy its more thrilling that any giant wheel ride.Every moment in passing life is like a guru,illuminating some new aspects of life to us and what a charm that these aspects are countless.Its feeling more mature now(but so i was thinking even when I was just a 8 year inquisitive boy).

Delhi is now wooing me with great gusto and i'm feeling like a metal attracted towards magnet.

FIRST VIEW FROM DELHI

Its along time I'm coming back.But i believe in dictum that its important that I'm again here may be its late but it is better than not coming at all.
There has been lots of happening between my last blog and this one.
Not only time has elapsed but i think that I'm now on a much higher plane in terms of maturity and spirituality.
My favorite topic is Human psychology and I'm exploring it every moment.I'm exploring it through books,movies,net etc.But for last two years I got to explore it firsthand.As due to my work I was posted to various parts of my country so think in many ways God gifted me with this beautiful opportunity to know his creation better ,to know myself better.
Actually I believe that we all are alike in many(almost every,not almost indeed in every)way.and my real life experience also confirm this view.
I think that nobody is doing any harm to anyone albeit it seems so but actually in every moment everybody is doing exactly what the best possible work is there for her.
Everybody is really applying their best effort!
This question naturally comes to mind but if we just apply three thoughts then all becomes crystal clear:

• You are thinking from your point of view,just start thinking from her point of view.
• Believe everybody has equal capabilities only what makes difference is that they are not aware about it and doing the things what limited view they are having about themselves and world around them.
• Think always optimistic.Keep faith in yourself,in people around you and in every being.

MUMBAI REALITY

Mumbai the city of dreams,it attracts millions of peple with its amazing charm to realise their dreams.But I don't came here to realise any dreams actually my job compels me to come here as I was transferred here frome the enchanting city Chennai.
First few weeks experience were horrible.It seems that at workplace no one is bother about me they all seems immersed in their own worlds.Life outside from workplace was also not easy.

JAN IN CHENNAI

The first day of Jan is our last day at Staff College.There are only doubt clarification classes in the morning.In afternoon there was a valediction session in which Sunil and Jeena presented an idol of Lord Krishna to our Principal on behalf of our batch.
After the ceremony many person goes for packing as theey have to live the STC today.Even Swarup left the STC as he felt bad about the Principal's remark that Chennaites will leave the place in forenoon(tomorrow indeed).So naturally I am also worried and hence Irush to my brach as my CM promised us to help.Our Principal gave lift to Satyam and me upto bus stop.
When we reach the office our CM takes us very warmly but there was a bad news waiting for us as Mr. Vishwesh failed to fix a room for us.But our CM told us that we don't switch the panic button now and he introduced us with Mr.Saunder Rajan.

CHENNAI IS HOT

So Chennai is hot .Everybody uses this phrase in her own context.I have my own context.
Last Year on the 11th day of December when I toched the grounds of Chennai I have not much in mind.I am only concerned about my trainings and only thinking about that.I think that they annonce in 1-2 days that where i have to go and as for preparation i brought some warm clothes also.But they kept us in dark for about one week and then what they announce is as they say is history.
In three week period at Staff College I never feel (or try to feel)that what is Chennai.There we all boys from north and the air was heavy with Hindi(despite the fact that lectures were taught in English)

Weekend

Yesterday I went to Staff College with Satyam.There principal J.Royappan met us in the porch,just in front of the office.He talked very cordialy and ask us about our experiences.When I said him my purpous then he ask me to consult faculty mbers.In varanda we met with Mr. Sivakumar,Mr. Haridas and later Mr. Murlidharan also.Mr. Sivakumar receive us very nicely,offered coffee and talked about our experiences.Mr.Haridas ask for the xerox of the JAIIB syllabus and ask me to call him on thursday afternoon.Mr. Muralidharan ask us to go through the book of Tennon and advised us to visit Higginbothams for this.Then we also met Mr. venktesh and our rajbhasa dep. teacher.

From Thirumangalam we take the bus for Adyar. In adyar we got the 23C for Besant Nagar.There I had not quite sure about the exact location of Swarup's room but somehow I make it out and met with Acharya at the doorstep.We while our time by talking.Swarup serve us Maggy for lunch which I enjoyed very much.After sometime Satyam returned but I stayed and wait for Sudhansu.

Then we threesome went to Elliot Beach.It was a ideal time for going near beach after this hot day.Cool sea breezes just swept me away.I was mesmerized by the enchanting beauty of Sea Waves,Sunset and Moonlight.When light golden moonlight falls on the surface of roaring waves I forget everything and thought this the true beauty.It looks like a great work of art.Some what like the Painting of Machail Angelo or a music composition by Beethovan .But not this looks like more beautiful then all art works.After 8'o clock I left their place for my room.

JOINING PARTY

For many days my co-workers were demanding a joining party from me and today they got it. With the help of mr.Asithambi I gave joining party jointly with mr.Kannan.I join Adambakkam branch on 2nd of Jan. So it is a long due on me.Person from Beta and Amc EC also join the party..Yesterday I asked Mr.Venkat to invite Mr.Viswesh also,so he was also there and the gentleman first gave me thanks in CM chamber.The menu was a south one with a little dash of north.It includes poori,3-4 types of vegetables,4 types of rice,shamber,rasam,chips and sweets and also paan in the end.I think I interacted well with all of them.

But the real surprise came late in nthe afternoon when both Mr.Soundarrajan and our CM Mr.MuthuKrishnan praises me for my dedication to work and my attitude and confidence.It was really a great moment for me to heard praises like this.Everybody in branch is curious about my handling of Dep.Section and doing the DM's job.

I also enjoyed these experiences.

work like this are created once in an era.Hugh Prather not only written a book but explore the innerself with such a masterly way that you cannot leave this book before going through cover to backleaf. When you go through this book it seems it you are talking with yourself,it reveals such corners of your self about which you knew beforhand but hesitate to acknowledge.Try it ,you like it.
